Welcome. Entering the world of counselling can be an unfamiliar and daunting process. I aim  to demystify the process whilst offering a  safe space for you.

Feel like you are hitting a brick wall?  Instinctively knowing you want to do more but unsure how to? Maybe a life event has challenged you and you would like support. Or is someone living in your head "rent free" and unsure why? Any  body tensions or stresses that you are curious about?

Counselling can  answer some of these questions. As human beings we subconsciously repeat patterns. By becoming aware of the patterns we repeat,  we can improve in recognising how our behaviour impacts on ourselves and others and notice how our emotions and our bodies interconnect.
